Nikiski Senior Citizens, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) community institution dedicated to promoting independence, health, dignity, and active social connection for seniors on the Kenai Peninsula.
Serving Nikiski Since Day One
Nestled on the shore of Lake Marie, our facility was built by neighbors coming together to ensure Nikiski's elders have a warm, welcoming gathering space.
From our humble origins serving a handful of hot lunches, we have grown to serve over 14,950 meals, provide hundreds of transportation rides, and manage Senior Shores independent apartments.
Governance & Organization Structure
Operating Non-Profit: Nikiski Senior Citizens, Inc. (Elected volunteer Board of Directors).
Borough Governance: We work in cooperation with the Kenai Peninsula Borough's Nikiski Senior Service Area (NSSA).
